Our client is a global logistics company offering specialized time, temperature, and security-sensitive transportation and logistics services along with the next flight out (NFO), air charter, managed transportation, on-demand and on-board courier services in line with global trade compliance policies. Our client’s customers include international leaders in diverse industries such as biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, high tech, and aviation. Their USP is the delivery of high-value, time-critical shipments worldwide. To manage such a large fleet of global operations, our client was looking to streamline their operations and technology stack.

We used multiple APIs serving various needs like authentication, flight tracking, temperature monitoring etc. We used WCF, web services and .NET Core framework for API development to enable efficient communication and data exchange. Scheduler Windows Application Leveraging windows scheduler API we automated and streamlined logistics operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.

Maintenance and support

Our team also built applications for handing team processes, analysis and support tasks, improving collaboration and productivity. We also executed modules for Salesforce integration, process improvements and billing, enhancing the overall efficiency and customer experience.
