We have been closely associated with our client all their endeavors since 2008. Some of our key projects included legacy migration, building projects for end clients, a comprehensive accounting system for a law firm and a cash book application. One of their end customers includes a non governmental organization. The legacy migration project was key to achieving substantial operational improvements by transitioning from legacy software to modern solutions across multiple projects.
The clients wanted to ensure a seamless transition from .Net Framework 4.5 to 4.8 and from Oracle 11g to Oracle 19c. We needed to ensure the adaptability of jQuery and JavaScript functions to newer packages and data compatibility. Additionally, the original version was developed in German language and posed challenges in terms of language barriers and security vulnerabilities because of Triple DES encryption.
Aascent InfoSolutions developed a strategic solution with a web-based application designed to manage all aspects of NGO operations right from committee engagements to public relations to member support and volunteer portal. Some of the key requirements from client included two-factor authentication for security and online/offline registration of members to engage volunteers effectively.
Our solution automated day-to-day NGO activities, from volunteer registration to financial transactions management and report generation. Utilizing Asp.net MVC 5, C#, DevExtreme, DevExpress controls, and Oracle 19c, we ensured robust functionality and scalability across diverse organizational needs.
