Some of our most prevalent Engagement models:
Fixed Price
In general we believe that a price for any project can be fixed, when scope and timeline can also be fixed. If any of these 3 parameters change, the other two are bound to change. Usually this model is used for creating POCs, MVPS for startups or some waterfall projects, where there is enough clarity on the scope to be achieved.
Time & Material
This is the most commonly used model, wherein even if there is a large team working on the project, this model gives flexibility to adapt to ever evolving project scope and also one of the best suitable models when Agile methodologies are followed.
Dedicated Team
This model is only a different version of the Time & Material model, except for the fixed monthly fee that is decided for each resource deployed on a client engagement. This model is best suitable for long term team models, where eventually this team works as a virtual ODC for the client.
Hybrid
A mix of the above models is also possible depending on client needs. Our flexible approach to adapt to unique situations and carve out a model best suitable to client needs is what differentiates our services from our fellow competitors.
