Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The Senior BDM will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years International IT Services Experience in Business Development role (US/EU preferred)
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contracts to secure new business ventures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services/products.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of Market trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
