Our client is a software solutions provider based out of Bielefeld, Germany. The client provides ERP and CRM software for small and medium sized companies and helps organizations to digitize their supply chains, streamline logistics, improve HR functions through software, and empower SMEs to use the cloud. We have partnered with them on multiple projects including a facility management services application that they built in house but later converted to a SaaS product.

Our Solution

Aascent InfoSolutions designed an end-to-end solution to improve the overall efficiency, decision making and provide automation for processes. We helped the client with workflow optimization, work order management, inventory and spare parts tracking, and automated preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling. We created the workflow such that the maintenance person receives a notification and can access the asset’s performance data remotely using a smart device. Based on the information, maintenance managers can make an informed repair or replace decisions promptly.
