Overview
We have had a long-standing association with our client right from 2008. We started by migrating a client’s project and then designing three of the client’s products and software solutions for end customers, including a comprehensive accounting system for a large law firm. The law firm has more than 200 lawyers, a cash book application, and an application for an NGO to aid those in need. Specifically, the company faced challenges in tracking expenses and cash transactions manually leading to duplication of efforts, productivity loss, and errors. We created a book keeping application for their firm.
Use Case and challenges
The client faced significant challenges in tracking expenses and cash transactions manually, which was time consuming and error prone. Their specific challenges included:
- Manual tracking of cash receipts on the debit/credit side.
- Maintaining ledgers and journals.
- Inefficiency in determining cash balances.
Our Solution
Our solutions expert has devised a Cash Book application exclusively for clubs, associations, and similar organizations. This application features an integrated reporting system that allows for numerous evaluations, providing an overview of the current status of accounts at any time. Reports can be printed or exported with a click of the mouse. The solution was ideal for company accountants, allowing them to budget their cash effectively.
