An employee Leave Management System (LMS) is essential for every organization to efficiently manage employees’ leave requests. Manual processing of leave requests can be error-prone and cumbersome. A leave management system helps HR teams to configure their leave policies and ensure consistency in organization-wide leave practices. As a software development company, we decided to build our own in-house LMS, ultimately creating a SaaS product for our enterprise customers. Our leave management software helps employees to easily apply for leave and HR to quickly process these requests.
